Beginning with the pre-opening marketing, the optimal development of the product and its successful implementation on the market are already secured during the construction phase with targeted advice. Through the ideal mix of marketing tools and the use of adequate instruments, the laying down of the foundations for the market launch, which guarantee the future business success, is carried out prior to the opening. We advise our customers to secure an ideal positioning, on the basis of an individual and strategic product and marketing concept.

During the course of operation we provide our customers with marketing consulting. We formulate the tourism products and its values together with our customers. The product is then realised with the corresponding communications and distribution strategy. A series of marketing strategies secures the product and its presence on the market, as well as the contact to the guests. Michaeler & Partner hereby supports its customers competently with regard to sales and distribution and an individual appearance and access to the market.

Figures count and secure the success of a company on a long-term basis. With regard to optimisation of the operating results and checking the productivity figures it is our main aim to continuously support our customers in the area of business controlling. An efficient and individual controlling system is introduced to the customers business in order to allow for continuous evaluation of business results, which again allows for lasting rationalisation and reduction of single cost areas, as well as quick reaction to the unforeseeable. The continuous comparison of target figures and industry figures with significant figures helps us to control and organise your company more efficiently.

Another business area is the economic business operation of infrastructures, co-operations and businesses in the tourism and leisure industry. Hereby we focus on the drawing up of budgets, liquidity planning, business organisation, controlling of significant marketing and management tasks, and the recruiting of department managers, and we continuously report to our customers.

Destination management is also gaining more and more in importance. Together with tourism organisations and communities we draw up an individual development strategy for the entire town. The resulting synergies are of advantage to the entire destination and its businesses. We focus on increasing the touristic cross-sectional benefit, on image securing of the leading brand and of the entire product, and on improved inwardly cooperation.
