Michaeler & Partner was founded in 1995 by Otmar Michaeler in cooperation with his partners. The initial headoffice was based in Chienes (Italy). Thanks to continuous growth in demand, it soon became necessary to increase the number of employees, which also lead to an office move to Rio di Pusteria.

In 2000 the sister company "Hotelplan & Partner" in Klagenfurt was founded. Further growth in demand on a national and international level, and the therewith related expansion of the team, yet again resulted in an office change to Varna. Meanwhile our team has grown to 70 employees and thanks to their expertise and their commitment they continuously find intelligent solutions for the realisation of innovative projects. The Varna (Italy) and Vienna (Austria) outlets allow the catering for of the entire Alpe Adria and Central Eastern Europe region with the main focus on the Italian, Austrian, Croatian and Czech markets.
